of ultra luxury 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with 5 and 6 bedroom penthouses on the 10th floor. The apartment

block has a total of 96 luxury apartments.

A 7 floor luxury apartment Block, consisting of 25 apartments of varying sizes and design. No 2 apartment is exactly identical in design. With a large basement to accommodate services and 25 no car parking space. Recreational Facilities include swimming pool, gym, games room, and a spa. The building was commissioned by the F.C.T Minister in 24th August 2010.

5 Units of terraced apartment block. Comprising of abasement with 2 en-suite rooms and a garage. On the ground floor is a 2 bedroom apartment, while the 1st and 2nd floors make up the 2 levels of a 3 bedroom duplex.
The project was completed in August 2010.
